Email Settings

There are many different programs that our clients use to administer their email. These programs are referred to as "Mail Clients". Some programs have the mail client integrated with the browser, but there are many "email only" type clients for you to choose from. The more popular are:

Microsoft Outlook
Windows Live Mail
Mozilla Thunderbird
Eudora

In setting-up your email client, you are typically asked for a number of parameters. In the below table, we've listed the more common to help you configure your email client of choice. We will use the example of John Doe who works at ACME Inc. His address is jdoe@lunaweb.net

* Many of our business clients house their own mail server. Consult your network administrator for the correct mail settings for your workstation.
